Who Is Keith

Keith L. Smith is a licensed Realtor® and Principal Broker/Owner of Keith Smith Realty serving buyers and sellers in the Richmond, Virginia Metro Area. His work consists of assisting clients in creating personal wealth through acquiring and selling residential and investment real estate. As a past Corporate Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Keith values relationships in serving his clientele. Keith started his real estate career in 1989. He is a past Board of Directors member with The Richmond Association of Realtors and a proud member of (NAREB) National Association of Real Estate Brokers where he serves as the Richmond, VA DEI Liaison. He currently serves as a Board of Directors member with the Virginia Realtors Association and a committee member with the Housing Opportunity Committee with the National Association of Realtors.

Keith is a member of the Richmond Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Keith is a graduate of the Realtors’ Institute which carries the designation of GRI. He is a past Relocation Specialist with Weichert Realtors. Keith is an on-staff Instructor with the Richmond Association of Realtors and author of the book Zero Down Payment. He is active in the community and enjoys public speaking, golf, writing and staying connected to his faith-based community. 

Keith resides in Virginia with his wife of over 46 years where they raised two wonderful sons. His passion lies in helping his clients make informed decisions in real estate transactions thereby maximizing their wealth.
